Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Video Editor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, branding, and internal use. You should have a strong visual sense, technical editing skills, and the ability to bring storytelling to life through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging conten
  • Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to enhance AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand project goals
  • Ensure final outputs meet brand standards and technical specifications
  • Manage and organize video assets and maintain a digital library
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing tools, and techniques

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color correction
  • Strong understanding of pacing, sound, and visual storytelling
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Creativity and a strong visual sense
  • Familiarity with different video formats and social media specs (YouTube, Instagram, etc)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 01 years of proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)
  • Experience with photography or animation is a plus
