Overall Role Objective: To create high-impact, visually engaging video content (short-form and long-form) for social media platforms — including Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, LinkedIn videos, Twitter videos — that drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Production: ✅ End-to-end video editing for social media content ✅ Edit videos for: Instagram Reels Facebook Stories & Posts LinkedIn Corporate Videos Twitter Short Videos ✅ Use platform best practices for each platform (timing, captions, hooks, aspect ratios) ✅ Apply brand style guidelines: colors, fonts, animations ✅ Ensure visual consistency across all video content ✅ Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions where required ✅ Manage stock footage, b-roll, and music as needed ✅ Ensure sound quality and audio syncing is perfect ✅Design thumbnails and video covers to attract views ✅ Stay updated on latest video trends on each platform Candidate Profile: ✅ Proven experience as Video Editor in a Social Media / Digital Marketing Agency ✅ Strong portfolio of short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts) ✅ Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools ✅ Understanding of social media video trends ✅ Ability to work fast & handle multiple edits simultaneously ✅ Creative mindset, ability to tell a story through video ✅ Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail ✅ Good communication & team player attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,331.28 - ₹36,212.37 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
