Job Title: Video Shooter and Editor (Fresher or 1 Year Experience) Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Shooter and Editor to capture, produce, and edit high-quality videos for our school’s events, classes, promotional materials, and digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, technical proficiency in video equipment, and expertise in video editing software. Key Responsibilities: Video Shooting: Capture high-quality footage during school events, classes, and promotional activities. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio for optimal video quality. Work with teachers, staff, and students to plan and execute video projects. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Add graphics, effects, sound, and subtitles to enhance video content. Ensure videos align with the school’s branding and messaging guidelines. Content Management: Organize and manage video files, ensuring easy access and proper storage. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media, the school website, and newsletters. Additional Duties: Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and editing. Assist in setting up equipment and troubleshooting technical issues during shoots. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in video shooting and editing, preferably in an educational environment. Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment: This role will involve both indoor and outdoor filming in various school settings. Flexible hours may be required, especially during events and school activities.
