Junior Content Writer (Social Media)

About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and digital-savvy Junior Content Writer who can craft compelling social media content, write engaging short-form video scripts, and work collaboratively with Canva to develop visual content. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Write creative, platform-specific social media captions, posts, and campaign content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop short-form scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and explainer videos
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute Canva-based creatives
• Maintain brand tone, messaging consistency, and audience relevance across all content
• Research trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies for each platform
• Support content calendars and campaign planning
• Edit and refine content based on performance insights and team feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media writing and content creation
• Ability to write concise, scroll-stopping copy tailored to different audiences
• Familiarity with Canva for creating or editing visual content
• Experience writing video scripts for social media, product explainers, or brand storytelling
• Strong understanding of how content varies across platforms (IG vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube)
• Fluent in trends, meme culture, and content formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories, etc.)
• Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools
• Understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning
• Video production or basic editing awareness (a plus, not mandatory)
• Ability to adapt tone for various industries or target groups

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
