Key Responsibilities

Anchor educational content for
YouTube and other digital platforms
, covering topics related to JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, Olympiads, and school-level foundation courses.
Work closely with the content team to understand scripts, key messages, and tone of delivery.
Present content confidently with clear articulation, appropriate expressions, and effective body language.
Participate in content brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for trending and relevant topics.
Collaborate with the video production team to ensure smooth shooting schedules and high-quality output.
Keep up with the latest trends, news, and updates in the education and competitive exam space to maintain content relevance.

Requirements and Ideal Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal communication skills in
Marathi, English, and Hindi
.
Strong on-screen presence with natural, confident delivery and good body language.
Ability to break down complex exam-related topics and explain them in a student-friendly manner.
Prior exposure or interest in the education or EdTech sector is preferred.
Clear voice, good modulation, and ability to engage an online audience.
Creative mindset with a willingness to propose fresh and innovative video ideas.
Graduates preferred
, especially those with degrees in
Media, Mass Communication, Communication, or related fields

Women candidates are preferred
for this role.
