Job Description

Role Overview: The Vice President Sales will lead the sales function for the company, driving business growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. This senior leadership role requires strategic vision, deep market knowledge, and proven expertise in real estate sales management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure continuous training and development. • Identify and acquire new business opportunities, expand the client base, and build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, brokers, and channel partners. • Oversee lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms; ensure consistent follow-ups and client retention. • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Negotiate and close high-value property deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to align sales efforts with broader business goals and streamline processes. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and business development. • Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). • 1020 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role and strong knowledge of the Noida/NCR market. • Proven track record in sales strategy, team management, and achieving revenue targets. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills. • Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and digital marketing strategies. • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
