VIBRATION ANALYST, LEVEL-II

You should have a complete understanding of Condition Based Monitoring Services, particularly focusing on Vibration analysis. Your responsibilities will include being an expert in the analysis and data collection of vibration measurements of Rotating Machinery on a Monthly/Quarterly Basis. You should also possess knowledge and hands-on experience in Machinery Monitoring System/Machinery Performance Systems. To be considered for this role, you should have a B-Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent field. Additionally, certification from ANST-Vibration institute is required. A minimum of 3 years of strong Vibration Analyst experience is also necessary. In this position, you will regularly coordinate with plant personnel, including Operations, Maintenance, and Engineers, to identify and resolve machinery issues. You will be responsible for tasks such as In-Situ Balancing of Rotor/Rotor assemblies, laser shaft alignment, report preparation, documentation, generating reports, and submitting findings to concerned authorities.,
