Job Title: Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process Location: Hyderabad Department: Customer Support Reports To: Team Lead Job Type: Full time - UK shift Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and articulate Customer Care Executive to handle inbound calls for our international clients in the legal sector. The role requires addressing inquiries related to legal services, gathering accurate information, and providing timely and professional support to callers. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance or information, and your ability to communicate with empathy and clarity is critical. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from international clients related to legal services and law firm enquiries. Provide accurate information about legal processes, services, and appointment scheduling (non-advisory). Gather and document essential information from callers with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Transfer calls or escalate issues to the appropriate legal team or department as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and client privacy standards. Update call records, logs, and CRM systems consistently and thoroughly. Stay informed about service updates, law firm procedures, and client requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing potentially sensitive or urgent situations. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in an international voice process, preferably with exposure to legal, healthcare, or professional services. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US/UK accent is a plus). Strong listening skills and the ability to show empathy and professionalism under pressure. Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts to support international time zones. Comfortable working in a high-call-volume environment. Basic understanding of legal terminology is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM tools and call management systems.
