Job Title: Service Coordinator Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Industry: IT Services & Consulting / Hardware & Networking Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage service requests, assign support tickets, and coordinate between clients, engineers, and OEMs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT services or hardware/networking support. Key Responsibilities: Assign incoming support/service tickets to the appropriate field engineers. Track and follow up on ticket resolution and ensure timely closure. Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for replacement/repair of defective laptops, desktops, and related hardware. Maintain records of faulty equipment and their warranty/repair status. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding service updates.
