Multilingual- Tamil and Malayalam & Kannada Experience in 7 QC tools Monitor and audit Inbound and Outbound call Conduct Audits and provide actionable insights to enhance performance. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements Maintain and update QA scorecards and dashboards Provide regular feedback and coaching to agents for performance Improvement Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to develop and implement a Quality Improvement Plan. Prepare and share weekly/Monthly Quality reports/dashboard with stakeholders. Monitoring Experience- Dip checks, CSAT, NPS and AHT. Conduct Team briefings on performance, qualitative inputs, process updates, top errors identified though monitoring Q&A.
