Maintain records of subcontractor credentials, pricing, and delivery timelines. Support procurement team in sourcing and evaluating new subcontractors. Handle basic documentation, invoicing, and follow-ups with internal departments. Assist in resolving any disputes or delays with subcontractors. 📚 Qualifications: Minimum qualification: SSC / Intermediate / ITI (Mechanical or Fitter preferred). Basic understanding of hydraulic systems and components is an advantage. Familiarity with subcontracting processes or vendor coordination is desirable. 🧠 Skills Required: Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word). Ability to work independently and manage multiple subcontractors.
