Ltd. is looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products across one or more client projects. This role demands strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and guide team members. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the QA Manager , Sr. Solution Architect , Client Technology Head , and client-side teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Take ownership of assigned client projects and ensure successful delivery. Understand and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in detail. Create and maintain comprehensive test scenarios, test cases , and test data . Perform rigorous functional , non-functional , and regression testing across multiple iterations. Ensure zero-defect delivery of assigned modules and tasks. Promote and share in-depth domain knowledge within the team to enhance project outcomes. Guide and support team members in resolving technical issues and testing challenges. Work with the Reporting Manager to ensure compliance with all technical standards and QA processes . Engage in effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage, maintain, and enhance system and regression automation scripts as needed. Be available to provide functional and technical assistance during and outside of office hours when required. Stay updated on project-specific technologies and continue learning new tools and frameworks relevant to the company’s growth. Uphold high standards of technical leadership and act as a role model for junior team members. Support business profitability by ensuring optimal productivity and maintaining a balance between client billing rates and resource cost . Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in manual and automation testing . Hands-on experience Database and API testing. Knowledge on automation framework is a plus. Strong understanding of SDLC , STLC , and Agile methodologies . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Prior client interaction and onsite experience will be an added advantage.
