Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to join our team, a new entrant in premium wellness and health supplement products. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness who can lead and expand our sales operations across key markets. The sales manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships, including a network of city distributors and key retailers in metro markets. The job will also involve handling B2B clients in major metro cities. The location is Surat, but it will require extensive traveling throughout the country. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, pharmacy, and B2B wellness sectors. Lead, mentor, hire, and manage the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
