From composite manufacturing systems to hydrogen storage and intelligent automation, we bring cutting-edge solutions to aerospace, defense, and clean-tech industries. We’re looking for a Head of AI & Automation to lead the next phase of intelligent product development across our engineering systems, AI software platforms, and factory automation efforts. 🔧 What You’ll Do: Lead AI/ML strategy and execution across products and operations—factory automation, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and smart analytics. Oversee the development of AI modules in vertical SaaS platforms for procurement intelligence and manufacturing optimization. Collaborate with product, R&D, and hardware teams to integrate AI into robotics, machine vision, and composite manufacturing lines . Build and mentor a cross-functional AI/Automation team (ML engineers, data scientists, embedded AI experts). Evaluate and implement scalable tools using NVIDIA, Hailo, or AMD Versal platforms for on-edge inference. Ensure ethical, explainable, and secure use of AI across the company’s offerings. 👤 What We’re Looking For: 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role. Proven track record in deploying AI solutions in manufacturing, industrial automation, or supply chain . Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenCV, and edge deployment frameworks. Experience with real-time data pipelines, IIoT, PLC integrations, or robotics is a huge plus . Background in engineering, computer science, or related technical fields (Master’s/PhD preferred). 💡 Bonus Skills: Familiarity with aerospace or defense-grade AI applications.
