You are a talented and hardworking professional with experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing, showcasing great work ethics. Your primary responsibilities will include following up with potential customers to prospect for new business, calling/meeting clients for conducting need analysis, facilitating negotiation between buyer and seller, closing sales, and submitting all relevant documents to the seller. It is essential for you to understand the core values of the company and its goals. You will be expected to report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark, develop sales strategies, visualize the set targets until accomplishment, and possibly handle some major customer accounts. Your role will also involve tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures for reporting purposes, as well as calling and fixing meetings with clients. As a hardcore sales performer in direct sales within the assigned territory, you will be responsible for generating sales, being a markets go-getter and trend-setter, and demonstrating a strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to the organization's culture. This position is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers who are looking to establish themselves in the field of Real Estate Sales and Marketing. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, and the work schedule is during the day shift. In addition to your regular compensation, you will be eligible for performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
