The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in networking, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and security to support and scale our internal and client-facing systems. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade networks and systems Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches (SonicWall, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) Administer Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs Oversee storage (SAN/NAS) and file server infrastructure Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Implement hybrid cloud solutions and manage cloud security policies (IAM) Work with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS-based architectures Use tools for automation and orchestration across cloud environments Administer virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes Manage VDI solutions (Citrix, Microsoft RDS) Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Mandatory) Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, IBM QRadar) Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR) Ability to coordinate penetration testing and security audits Exposure to cloud cost optimization and reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud engineering Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS/Azure certifications, RHCE) are a plus Why Join Us? Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Technical Support Engineer. This hybrid role is based in Hyderabad with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Technical Support Engineer will able to provide technical assistance and issue resolution for our global pharmaceutical compliance and serialization customers. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operation, quick response times, and high-quality support in a regulated environment. of our technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for customer issues related to serialization, traceability, and compliance workflows. Investigate and resolve issues involving EPCIS events, master data, partner integration, and XML/API communications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve software or configuration issues. Support onboarding tasks, master data setup corrections, and root cause analysis (RCA). Maintain detailed documentation of tickets, issues, and resolution steps using internal systems. Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless 24/7 support coverage and handover. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, preferably in Pharma or Healthcare IT. Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, and integration protocols like SFTP or AS2. Familiarity with serialization concepts (GTIN, SN, EPCIS, DSCSA, EU FMD). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
