You’ll be the backbone of our back-end development while also wearing multiple hats—database optimization, caching, schema design, front-end tweaks, and more. Key Responsibilities: Back-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic & databases in Laravel & CodeIgniter 3 & 4. Enforce security best practices to protect against vulnerabilities. Maintain repositories via Git/GitLab/GitHub with daily updates after staging tests. Code Quality & Maintenance: Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug issues. Write clean, documented, and maintainable code. Test applications rigorously for functionality, performance, and security. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a small team, including: Manage tasks while ensuring smooth team coordination.
