Duties & Responsibilities Monitoring daily engineers, technicians schedule of calls / PM. Responsible for SLA of service calls / PM completion on time Responsible for AMC renewals on time with escalation Responsible for generation of small works from existing clients / new clients Ensure all the SW are completed on time as per project schedule and handed over to client. Ensure all the service / small work invoice are raised on time and submitted to client and acknowledgement is collected. Ensure all the payments related to service / small works are collected on time Indentify training need of down the line team and coordinate for training program Attending client meetings Requirement Engineering or diploma graduate in electronics/electrical will be preferred.Minimum 5 years experience in operations and maintenance of LV system (CCTV/Fire alarm/PA system etc.).Should have Technical knowledge on CCTV, Addressable Fire Alarm System, Access control System, Public Addressable SystemExperience in Handling Team Should have knowledge on billing and collectionResult and process oriented.Good communication skills Why should you apply?
