Duties & Responsibilities Monitoring daily engineers, technicians schedule of calls / PM. Responsible for SLA of service calls / PM completion on time Responsible for AMC renewals on time with escalation Responsible for generation of small works from existing clients / new clients Ensure all the SW are completed on time as per project schedule and handed over to client. Ensure all the service / small work invoice are raised on time and submitted to client and acknowledgement is collected.
