Roles and Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross functional teams across the lifecycle for evolving the concept for a user experience project, putting together functional prototypes, and testing the prototype or end-product. Create best in class user experience with elaborate planning and execution strategy. Define visual language for consistent user focus. Participate in user research and testing, gather insights that inform the experience. Create frameworks and style guides for UI. Improve processes that will directly or indirectly influence productivity. Bring thought leadership in engagements with stakeholders and be a positive influencer about the need for UX in all engagements.
