• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. • Design and implement user-centered UI/UX solutions with a focus on usability and aesthetics. • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives. • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results. • Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and products by adhering to design systems and style guides. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the best user experience possible. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. • Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar). • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility. • Strong knowledge of design systems, wireframing, and prototyping methodologies. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, development, product management). • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions. • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required
