- Screen resumes based on eligibility criteria (e.g., education, experience, location, embargoed country check)
- Tag assessments and manage application progress in HIRE system
- Identify duplicates, handle recycle/disposition workflows
- Review job screening questions (JSQs) and flag missing/incomplete data
- Adhere to SOPs, maintain 98% accuracy and complete screening within 24 hours of application
- Document and escalate unclear cases as per SOP
- 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment operations or HR shared services
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies (EMEA/NA)
- Strong understanding of resume screening, eligibility checks, and basic qualification criteria
- Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Taleo)
- Comfort with rule-based processing and following detailed SOPs
- Good written communication for candidate notes and disposition updates
- Basic Excel skills (for trackers, reports)
- Prior experience supporting high-volume hiring (campus, graduate, or intern recruitment preferred)
- Familiarity with dupe checks, candidate workflow tracking, and compliance-oriented processing
