US IT Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients, specializing in both contract (C2C, W2) and full-time hiring models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Work on Contract (C2C, W2) and Full-time positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, availability, compensation expectations, and relocation preferences.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and close candidates.
• Track submissions and follow-ups with vendors/clients.
• Maintain database and pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Must have hands-on experience with C2C, W2, and Full-time hiring.
• Familiarity with various US tax terms and work authorizations (H1B, GC, Citizens, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with ATS systems is a plus.
• Must be willing to work in US shift (Night Shift).
