We are looking US IT Recruiter ( Only Female ) Location - Noida Sector 62 Company - Mckinsol Technologies Timing - 6:30pm to 3:30am (U.S Shift) One Side cab Facility Drop Side Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling. Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers extended. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of full-stack development technologies like Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. 2-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment (C2C or Corp-to-Corp).
