Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Manage the interview process from scheduling to onboarding new hires, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders involved. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including application tracking systems (ATS) data entry.
