US IT Lead Recruiter

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of verifiable contract/full-time recruiting experience in the US staffing industry. It is essential to have prior experience in successfully managing a high volume of requirements on a daily basis. Collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and onsite team to ensure timely submission of qualified resumes is a key responsibility. Having a strong network of existing contacts with candidates is crucial for this position. The candidate should also possess knowledge and experience in US tax formalities. Utilizing various job boards effectively to source and recruit qualified candidates is a must. The candidate should demonstrate proven expertise in handling the recruitment lifecycle and be able to consistently provide quality candidates for a minimum of 3 requirements daily.
