Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Advance Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in US and/or Non-US direct tax compliance, with strong accounting skills and a genuine interest in providing outstanding services. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop a brief understanding of day-to-day activities and transactions related to tax and tax accounting matters. Assist in preparing income tax returns and workpapers for foreign jurisdictions with internal teams or EY country teams. Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions for US GAAP purposes. Assist in preparing annual statutory tax provisions as per local GAAP with EY country teams. Forecast cash taxes by jurisdiction and manage tax payment processes. Reconcile tax accounts, collect supporting documents, and collaborate with clients on reconciling items. ### Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or MBA Finance. 1-2 years of experience in US and/or Non-US direct tax compliance. Strong accounting skills with an interest in learning US and Non-US direct tax compliance. Excellent communication skills and intermediate computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively when working on multiple complex projects. Strong influencing skills and confidence to question existing processes. Demonstrated commitment and optimism towards work challenges, contributing to a positive team environment.
