Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership and sell advertising spaces in major multiplexes to corporate, semi-corporate, government, and retail clients
Develop and pitch innovative media proposals tailored to client requirements
Ensure timely campaign renewals, increase business value by adding more media spaces, and secure long-term contracts.
Approach regional advertising agencies to generate revenue and convert brands to Khushi's exclusive screens
Identify and create new business opportunities among various brands and work as a brand custodian
Position cinema as a top medium in every marketers media plan.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
Manage the cinema business innovatively, ensuring maximum revenue and profitability
Maintain accurate records, provide regular business reports, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Metrics:
- Revenue growth and profitability
- Client acquisition and retention
- New business developments
- Long-term contract signings
- Market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry and cinema medium
- Willing to prove consistently of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases
- Excellent communication, innovative thinking, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
