Billing and Planning Engineer-Construction (Noida Location) Job description Looking for a Billing and Planning Engineer (immediate joiner) Candidate would be responsible for preparing project billing and planning of Thermal power plants projects/Industrial Projects. Role :Billing and Planning Engineer Location: Noida head office Exp: 3 to 6 years Industry: Construction Job description Roles and Responsibilities Project co-ordination and planning about progress, billing and Estimation. Making BOM, BOQ, and Estimation etc. Preparation of client billing according to BOQ. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors. Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same. Contracts Administration and enforcement at the site. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings. Prepare & process subcontractor bills. To take the measurement from the site engineer. To get work done as per the protocol of the company. Preparing reconciliation statements. Monthly preparation and Tracking of R.A. Bill status. Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly. Cost comparison (Planned VS Actual cost) statements of the projects. Preparation of Monthly physical and financial statements of the projects. Continuous monitoring of Cycle time and preparation of compiled cycle time statements monthly and daily basis. Reconciliation statements of all major materials of the projects weekly and monthly.
