1. Planing & testing as per DOP and arrange fixtures motors as and when required prior to testing.
2. Checking Datasheet, performance curve, ITP,PO etc documents for internal testing or party inspection and give feed back to concern.
3. Internal testing & TPI of 100% pumps as per PO and ITP,PR,PO of client.Follow up for approved documents as required.
4. Supervision and Guidance in pump testing laboratory with minimum work force .
6. 5s, OSHAS,ISO documentation and conducting ISO audits.Keep all measuring instruments updated and calibrated.
7. Testing of KEPL pump in KBL HRC lab as and when required.
8. Preparation & maintaining data of cost saving & energy conservation.
9. Give impeller cut down in advance as per MOP and Quartertly plan.
10. Arrange for resources and consumables for testing of pumps in future as and when required.Also maintain all testing equipment in Good condition for operation.
10. Drive Kaizens and innovation culture in testing department.
11.Give training to subordinates and trainee as required.
