Job Description

Urgent opening for Business analyst

Location-Hybrid

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Creation, modification, and termination of user accounts and business application accounts
Maintenance of User Account Services documentation and posting to the UAS web page and various databases
Fulfillment of Service Requests submitted through the IT Service Desk
Producing evidentiary documentation for Auditors
Support or coordination of other departmental objectives and projects as necessary
Other duties may be assigned
Knowledge and experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange, and SAP
Possesses the ability and intent to align all business decisions with the companys Core Values
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
Excellent troubleshooting skills are required
Excellent business and technical writing skills
Expertise with MS Excel and SQL are desirable
Automation development skills are desirable
Project management skills are an asset
