Role & responsibilities Location : Pune /Chennai/Bangalore NP-Immediate Grade-C1/ C2 VMS ID :CGEMJP00261391 / CGEMJP00261613/ CGEMJP00261612 / Understand Business requirements and translate those into Data mapping requirement documents. • Create new Data Model for Data marts • ETL Design Mapping and Development support • Interface for teams support technology (ETL) teams to understand data technically and functionally. Validate understanding of data requirements solution against the business needs. • Data Profiling of newly on-boarded source systems • Data Reconciliation between source and target • Exploratory data analysis and feature engineering for Machine Learning use-cases. • Grow data capabilities (people + technology) Gain complete understanding of data to support business usecases To improve understanding of new areas work with the product owner business BAs tech teams to ensure that complete data understanding is achieved and if necessary its documented to expand knowledge within the team Generate insights from data (without the need for business providing specific requirements). Present insights to management stakeholders. Insights can be of following nature - improved customer experience cost reduction improved revenue improved colleague experience and so on Support the build out of data driven strategy for sales cost reduction and servicing of our customers • Pioneer partnership with external parties to include knowledge transfer upskillier and joint project opportunities • Help to define and lead the strategic technical direction for data • Should have a strong hold on the E2E progress with an understanding of the complete business process. • Manages relationships with key Programme stakeholders at senior and peer levels across the Programme community. This includes accountability of managing task assignment and workload of partner teams tracking their deliverables and monitoring progress. • Reports accurate Delivery status in a timely and informative manner. In addition the role requires understanding of how the team can deliver more effectively. What were looking for: • Strong knowledge of ETL dependent technologies in the below scope: • Abinitio Co?Op 2.X/3.0/3.2/3.3 / [higher versions] • Abinitio Conduct?It • A?I Enterprise Meta Environment • Relevant years of Hands-on experience with Ab Initio • Experience in Relational Databases like Oracle SQL Server and PL/SQL • Understanding of Agile methodologies as well as SDLC life-cycles and processes. • Expertise in ETL technology (Ab Initio Hadoop) • Expertise in UNIX scripts DB & TWS. • Strong Understanding of Data warehousing and Data lakes • Requirement gathering & Analysis and other SDLC phases • Coding with middleware principles • Ability to understand business requirements and design software solutions. • Strong data analysis skills and ability to present the findings to the business users. • Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously and with frequently changing priorities. • Demonstrable ability to communicate and build relationships with members of the business and technology communities Preferred candidate profile Candidate who are already interviewed in Capgemini should not Apply.
