Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support team. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to international customers through chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve issues and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work efficiently across shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer handling abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
• Immediate availability to join the organization.

Note: Only face-to-face interviews will be conducted. No virtual rounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
