SAP ABAP Fiori Full stack Exp : 6-12 Years Work Location : Bangalore ( Bellandur - Hybrid) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in SAP ABAP to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions, and driving best practices in software development. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP ABAP and the ability to mentor and guide team members in their technical growth. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support. Design, develop, and implement high quality SAP ABAP solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming. Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects. In depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration points. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. Knowledge of SAP HANA and cloud technologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs. Understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and team leadership. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus. Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
