Job Summary:

Alans Academy is hiring a passionate Urdu Tutor to record educational videos for Class 10 Kerala State Syllabus. The tutor must deliver lessons in Malayalam or English medium and be available for onsite recordings at our Kozhikode studio. This role is hourly-based and contract-oriented, suitable for subject experts with strong teaching clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and record Class 10 Urdu lessons as per Kerala SCERT syllabus
• Present lessons in Malayalam or English medium, with focus on clarity and accuracy
• Collaborate with content planners and academic team
• Ensure high-quality, exam-oriented recorded sessions
• Maintain student engagement and academic precision on camera

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Urdu or relevant field
• Experience teaching Kerala syllabus Urdu (Class 10 preferred)
• Strong fluency in Urdu and Malayalam or English
• Confident in front of the camera
• B.Ed preferred but not mandatory

Salary:

- Hourly Pay: ₹150 – ₹400
(Depending on experience and delivery style)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,120.37 per month
