In this role, the agent will be responsible for post-billing communication with patients to collect outstanding balances and resolve aged accounts receivable (AR) issues related to insurance coverage concerns . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to patients to discuss outstanding invoices and secure timely payments. Educate patients on their billing statements, insurance coverage, and payment options.
