Job Description

Must have Skills: UKG Pro Workforce Management, Dell Boomi Integrations & Kronos WFC.

Key Responsibilities:

The position requires UKG Pro WFM Implementation experience with various Payroll Outbound Systems.
Knowledge of developing and supporting Integrations using Boomi platform or any API system with UKG Pro WFM application.
Knowledge of Data exporting from WFC/WFM either flat file transfer or API integrations to connect with external payroll system to post the data and supporting Integrations issues using Boomi platform or any API tools with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
He / She should be able to Troubleshoot the Request/Response data failure issues with other outbound teams.
Able to provide the best API recommendations for Payroll & Reuse custom reports instead of building new reports every time.
He / She should be able to fully UKG Pro WFM configure application including the following Modules as Advance Scheduling, Forecast, Pay Rules, Accruals, API Integrations, Reporting Analyze, Absence management, UKG Clocks for enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications Understand and configure interfacing and reports Consult with customers on business rules and requirements.
Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support.
He/She will work and guide internal consultants and using UKG standards to efficiently manage the customer and to meet the established milestones, ensuring targeted completion dates are achieved & to and support the Kronos WFC & WFM systems.

Technical Experience:

Workforce UKG Pro Management (Dimensions).
WFM & Dell Boomi Certifications.
Dell Boomi & Integrations Implementations.
Workforce Central Application.
SQL Plus to build custom reports.
Service Now or Support Ticketing tool.
