UI/UX Fresher

As a Fresher UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and improving user experiences for web and mobile applications. Your main tasks will include designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, as well as assisting in user research and insights for designs. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers will be essential, along with contributing to design systems and style guides. You will also participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on client feedback. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma, and be able to showcase a portfolio of design projects. A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required, along with familiarity with user testing and agile development. Knowledge of UX principles, strong creative and problem-solving skills, and good communication skills are also necessary for success in this position. The position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and will follow a work-from-office model. However, you should be willing to work on-site at various locations in India and globally, including the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East, with on-site benefits available.
