Role Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time onsite in Indore. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both user experience principles and visual design, along with a sharp business sense to translate complex problems into elegant and intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric web and mobile interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients to understand requirements and user flows
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user journeys
• Apply UX research and data-driven insights to improve user engagement and usability
• Design marketing materials, brand assets, and logos as needed
• Maintain design systems and UI component libraries for consistency
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer in an IT company or agency setting
• Strong grasp of UX principles, user flows, and business logic
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience in graphic design, branding, and logo creation
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player with a startup mindset
