UI/UX Designer

About the role We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing digital experiences that are both visually appealing and functionally effective. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design systems, graphic design, component-based design, and user experience principles. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and stakeholders, and will be expected to lead design conversations, present ideas, and deliver pixel-perfect outputs. Key Responsibilities: Design Intuitive Interfaces: Create and iterate on visually appealing, user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable, component-based design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products. UI/UX Deliverables: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and motion designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. User-Centered Approach: Apply UX best practices informed by user research, behavior analytics, and usability testing. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into functional designs. Client Communication: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, understand objectives, and present design solutions effectively. Graphic Design Support: Produce visual assets including icons, illustrations, banners, and creatives for digital channels as needed. Motion & Animation: Create animations and motion graphics to elevate user interactions and tell compelling visual stories. Usability Testing: Conduct regular testing and feedback sessions to continuously iterate and enhance product usability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years in a professional UI/UX design role. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX thinking, systemized components, and motion design. Tool Proficiency: Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools. Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. System Thinking: Experience working with or creating component-based design systems. Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in client interaction, gathering requirements, and presenting to diverse audiences. Development Awareness: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Project Management: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects. Nice to Have: Experience with motion design, Lottie animations, and micro-interactions. Exposure to 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Spline) or AR/VR UI is a bonus. Understanding of AI-powered design tools and workflows. Experience in working within Agile/Scrum teams.
