UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Lead and participate in all phases of the design process—discovery, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and testing.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into powerful UX/UI solutions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to bring designs to life.
• Design for both mobile and web platforms with a strong understanding of responsive design.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s design system and ensure brand consistency across projects.
• Participate in team design reviews and provide/receive constructive feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of UX research methods and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
• Comfortable working in a remote and/or hybrid team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
