Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of visual design and user experience. The ideal candidate will wear multiple hats conceptualizing and designing user interfaces, crafting compelling graphics for digital platforms, and editing short-form and long-form videos for social media and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile apps (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).
  
• Conduct UX research and translate findings into design solutions.
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX.
  
• Create responsive design layouts with a focus on usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
  

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing creatives for social media, banners, emailers, presentations, and branding.
  
• Develop brand assets (logos, icons, style guides, templates).
  
• Support marketing campaigns with engaging visuals.
  

Video Editing:

• Edit promotional videos, reels, ads, and explainers.
  
• Add transitions, effects, music, subtitles, and graphics.
  
• Adapt video formats and aspect ratios for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc).
  
• Create motion graphics and animated elements when needed.
  

Required Skills & Tools:

UI/UX:

• Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
  
• Prototyping tools (Figma, InVision)
  
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
  

Graphic Design:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
  
• Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  

Video Editing:

• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
  
• After Effects for motion graphics
  
• Experience with CapCut / DaVinci Resolve is a plus
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong portfolio across all three disciplines (UI/UX, graphics, video).
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Proactive and creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
