Work alongside a team of innovative thinkers, creating best-in-class digital products that enhance user engagement and brand evolution. Location: Bangalore/ Pune (Hybrid Model) Your Future Employer: A trusted partner in global insurance solutions and risk strategy. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design solutions that align with brand standards and user needs. Develop modern product and website designs, ensuring accessibility and responsive functionality. Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to refine and enhance UI/UX designs. Translate abstract ideas into impactful digital experiences. Create and maintain digital design systems using Figma and other design tools. Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on B2B sites and applications. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. Experience in developing design systems and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. What's in it for You?
