we are looking for strong UI/UX resource who can lead the UI development Here is the job description:
1. Creative thinking - To come up with the best Design that fits the plan.
2. Technically strong in UI/UX. Such as Figma, React, etc.,
3. Communication /Consultant: This resource should be able to have the right conversations with the customer on the strategy, pros and cons, designing and building a "Sexy" UI as the term exactly referred by the customer. Should be able to provide early feedback and keep things moving in the right direction.
4. He/she needs to be able to collaborate well with the other developers and QA testing, as the team is using Playwright to do the UI testing, hence the collaboration b/w multiple team members and customer stakeholders is key
5. He/she need to always think in terms of best practices / optimization such as loading time, minimal change to the developers during development, proactive communications etc.,
