Do NOT apply if you: • Are irregular or take frequent unplanned leaves • Come late or lack time discipline • Want a part-time or desk-only job • Are unwilling to support pickups and deliveries (this is shared within the team) Job Role: As Store Supervisor, you will manage store operations, handle customer service, lead a team of around 10, and support daily tasks as needed. You are not expected to do everything alone. We already have a strong team—including store incharge personnel and other team members—who will fully support operations. Your role is to lead, coordinate, and step in when required. A company two-wheeler is provided for store-related travel and deliveries. Responsibilities: • Open and close the store on time (punctuality is critical) • Supervise and coordinate with store incharge personnel and other team members • Manage customer calls, billing, and resolve issues • Support pickups and deliveries when needed (shared duty) • Oversee intake, sorting, tagging, and packing of garments • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure smooth daily functioning • Take full ownership and ensure tasks are completed efficiently Shift Timing (choose one): • 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM • 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM 4 Weekday Offs per Month | No Weekend Offs Requirements: • Must be reliable, punctual, and hands-on • Must be comfortable riding a two-wheeler (including with fabrics) • Experience in store operations or customer service is a plus • Must be willing to take full responsibility and lead by example Location: UClean Laundry & Drycleaning, Tellapur, Hyderabad (https://rb.gy/m6t637) We are hiring only serious and committed candidates.
