Job Title: Turner – Tool Room

Experience: 2–5 Years (in Manufacturing Industry – Tool Room/Lathe Operations)

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate conventional lathe machines for precision machining work in tool room
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to perform accurate turning operations
• Carry out operations like facing, threading, boring, knurling, grooving, and taper turning
• Ensure job accuracy using measuring tools like vernier caliper, micrometer, and dial gauge
• Maintain machine condition and cleanliness (daily/basic maintenance)
• Work as per manufacturing and safety standards
• Machine parts for dies, jigs, fixtures, and custom tools
• Follow work instructions, timelines, and maintain shift discipline

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in lathe machining (manual)
• Able to understand and follow technical drawings
• Familiar with precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of tool room processes in manufacturing industry
• Safety-conscious and responsible attitude

Qualification:

• ITI Turner (mandatory)
• Additional course/certification in machining or tool room (preferred)
