Job Summary

We are looking for a Territory Sales In-Charge to manage and grow sales in the Ernakulam region. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing distributors/retailers, and ensuring proper market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of trade schemes.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to the Area/Regional Manager.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience (FMCG/Consumer Goods preferred).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
