TIME KOLKATA is hiring for Senior Accounts & Admin Executive Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations including fee collections, vendor payments, and reimbursements Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flows, and prepare monthly financial reports Ensure proper documentation of student fee records and coordinate with front office for payment tracking Support internal audits and coordinate with external auditors when required Manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and related accounting tasks Generate MIS reports for management review. Administration: Supervise daily center operations and ensure smooth functioning of coaching activities Handle facility management, procurement of supplies, and vendor coordination Maintain inventory records and ensure proper upkeep of infrastructure Coordinate with front office/reception for student admission, fee follow-ups, and documentation Manage employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR admin support Ensure compliance with institute policies and standards Requirements: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter preferred) 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the education or service sector Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools Solid understanding of financial and tax regulations relevant to educational institutions Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling accounts for coaching institutes, private schools, or educational startups Familiarity with fee management systems and ERP software used in the education industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question(s): What is your current salary?
