The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy specifically for key platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and community building. This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook's and LinkedIn's algorithms, best practices, and advertising capabilities. 1. Paid Media -Facebook & LinkedIn Focus:1-3 years · Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored for Facebook and LinkedIn, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, talent acquisition). · Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends, content gaps, and opportunities for differentiation on these platforms. · Contribute to the creation of a social media content calendar, specifically planning posts and campaigns for Facebook and LinkedIn. · Plan, set up, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. · Implement advanced targeting strategies, including audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting on both platforms. · Manage and monitor advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and pacing to achieve campaign KPIs (e.g., CPL, CPM, CTR, ROAS). · Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance. 1. Performance Analysis & Reporting: · Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, conversions) using Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics). · Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable insights, trends, and recommendations for optimizing future strategies. 1. Trend Monitoring & Optimization : · Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, new features, and best practices on Facebook and LinkedIn. · Proactively recommend and implement new strategies and tools to enhance our social media presence and performance. · Monitor competitor activity on both platforms to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. · Proven experience in a similar role, with demonstrable success in managing social media accounts, specifically focusing on Facebook and LinkedIn. · · Expertise in Facebook Business Manager/Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is mandatory. · Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for both organic and paid activities on Facebook and LinkedIn. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and platform-appropriate content and ad copy. · Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. · What We Offer: · Opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative marketing team. · Exposure to diverse projects and clients/audiences. · Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
