Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, coordinating care between different services, and ensuring that patients have a seamless experience. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, providing patients with necessary information, answering phone calls, maintaining medical records, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. Qualifications Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette and International patient journey Proficiency in Care Coordination and Medical Terminology Experience in Patient Care with compliance documentation practice Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced , multitasking environment Knowledge of medical software systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration or related fields are beneficial
