Travel Sales Executive

As a Travel Consultant, your main responsibility will be to sell airline tickets for international flights departing from the United States. You will assist clients in selecting the best travel options, including flight routes, schedules, and fares. It is essential to possess GDS knowledge, specifically in Amadeus or Sabre, to effectively process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, staying updated on airline policies, fares, and industry trends is necessary to provide clients with relevant information. Collaboration with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's success is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be expected to support special promotions and marketing campaigns when needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. While a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, no prior experience is required; freshers with good English skills are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts. Cab facility is available for your convenience. The work location is in person, and the schedule is Monday to Friday with US shifts.
